Fleeced®-On Aliphatic PU System
Exposed Concrete Slab (Household-
DIY)

The Semi Fleeced®-On System combines Neoproof PU W (13kg aliphatic polyurethane), Primer Bond (2kg), and anti-crack fleece for a durable waterproofing solution.

It targets high-stress zones like L-shaped corners (angle fillets) and repeating crack lines on concrete slabs.
The wet-on-wet method bonds fleece into the PU layer, absorbing structural movement and shrinkage.
Engineered for UV resistance, elasticity, and crack bridging, preventing delamination and surface failure.

✅ Aliphatic PU – Water-based Polyurethane waterproofing for roof

✅ Primer Bond – Helps the coating stick better to the surface.

✅ Fleece (0.5m x 25m roll) – Adds strength and helps cover cracks.

Semi-DIY Fleeced®-On System 13kg Set

This set is designed for flexible waterproofing using two application methods:

Full Area Fleece (100–120 sqft coverage)

Selected Area Fleece (150–200 sqft coverage).

In the Full Area method, fleece is applied across the entire surface including skirting. In the Selected Area method, fleece is only applied to cracks and skirtings, then the whole area is coated with Aliphatic PU.

Both methods require the wet-on-wet technique, apply Aliphatic PU, lay fleece while it is still wet, add more Aliphatic PU to conceal the fleece, and finish with a final Aliphatic PU layer the next day.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation: Fleeced®-On Bitumen System (Bathroom Under-Tile Waterproofing)

  • Step 1: Surface Preparation

- Clean the entire bathroom floor to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

- Patch visible holes using non-shrink grout or tile adhesive cement.

- Ensure the surface is smooth and flat.

  • Step 2: Apply Primer

- Apply Primer Bond to the entire floor slab and wall skirting

 (up to 100mm high).

- Let it dry for at least 30 minutes before continuing.

  • Step 3: Tips! Priority Re-enforcement at 2 important areas

3.1) 1st area: L shape corner between the floor upturning the wall

- Apply 1st layer of Aliphatic PU

-Put fleece fabric immediately on wet Aliphatic PU

- Apply another layer on top fleece until fully concealed

3.2) 2nd area: Existing crack lines on floor

- Apply 1st layer of Aliphatic PU

-Put fleece fabric immediately on wet Aliphatic PU

- Apply another layer on top fleece until fully concealed

  • Step 4: Applying fleece on crack lines

- Start covering every crack lines on slab, ensure every crack lines is being re-inforced with fleece

-Paint along the crack lines in rectangular shape, slightly wider than the width of the fabric.

-Rest fleece fabric on wet paint immediately

-Continue additional Aliphatic PU onto the fleece until it's fully concealed

  • Step 5: Remaining area of slab

- Apply first layer of Aliphatic PU on the balance area of your slab, wait for 3-4 hours to dry

  • Step 6: Final layer of Aliphatic PU (The Next Day)

- The second layer of Aliphatic PU being apply as final touch. Complete!

Remark!

- If you intend to re-inforce on entire area, you may add additional fleece fabric & Aliphatic PU
