Full Fleeced Area
Full Fleeced®-On Area refers to a system where the entire concrete slab surface, including skirting and all crack lines, is reinforced with fleece. The application is carried out using a wet-on-wet method, where Aliphatic PU is first applied over the whole slab, followed immediately by laying the Fleeced®-On rolls for anti-crack reinforcement. Another layer of Aliphatic PU is then applied to fully saturate and conceal the Fleeced®-On rolls. A final Aliphatic PU coat is applied the next day as the finishing layer. In this system, Fleeced®-On covers 100% of the concrete slab.

Selected Fleeced Area
Selected Fleeced®-On Area refers to a system where Fleeced®-On reinforcement is applied only to critical areas such as crack lines and skirting. The wet-on-wet technique is used in the same manner, with Aliphatic PU applied first, followed by Fleeced®-On reinforcement on these selected areas only, and then coated again with Aliphatic PU to conceal the Fleeced®-On fabric. After reinforcing the crack lines and skirting, the entire slab surface is coated with Aliphatic PU. The final Aliphatic PU coat is applied as the finishing layer. In this system, Fleeced®-On technology is used only on crack lines and skirting, not on the full slab.
